Hi, I'm Matthew Warnock-Parkes, a builder, innovator, and changemaker with over 15 years of experience driving digital transformation and product innovation. I'm passionate about guiding businesses to achieve their goals through strategic digital solutions and forward-thinking strategies.

A little bit about where I've come from
My History
As the founder and CEO of Yaku Labs, I've spearheaded a high-impact consultancy, delivering significant results for a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors, including hospitality, education, online dating, charity, e-commerce, health, and pharmaceuticals. I cultivate strong, trusted client partnerships, acting as a strategic catalyst for change and effectively persuading boards and leadership teams to embrace innovation.
In addiiton to this I co-founded and built Ample, a pioneering AI-powered matchmaker for surplus food, from inception. As CTO, I developed the core business model, strategic roadmap, product vision, and a high-performing team. I led Ample's brand and market entry, creating and executing a compelling brand identity, developing an AI matching platform, a user-centric website, and conducting insightful market research that shaped the company's public image and go-to-market strategy. This involved orchestrating product development and delivery, managing external developers to architect a robust backend on Azure Power Apps, a user-centric front-end website, and seamless API integrations with multiple logistics providers.
Going back a little further, however, I was the Digital Transformation Manager at DEC. I spearheaded their Digital Transformation Program, orchestrating a comprehensive shift to a multi-channel digital operation and fostering a pervasive culture of digital change across all departments. I managed large, multi-million-pound budgets and a portfolio of critical projects, including the successful migration to new CRM systems (Salesforce), the implementation of sophisticated marketing automation platforms, customer service automation, and the deployment of insightful business intelligence dashboards. I championed innovation through impactful company-wide initiatives, such as revitalizing customer care teams and systems, resulting in a remarkable surge in customer satisfaction from 70% to 98%. I also strategically implemented omni-channel marketing automation tools and best practices, directly contributing to significant year-on-year growth and generating millions in increased revenue for appeals.
